    West UP: 12 booked under NSA for mob lynching

    After a series of recent mob attacks over suspicion of child-lifting in western UP, the police have finally come down heavily on the perpetrators by slapping the stringent National Security Act (NSA) against 12 persons on Friday. All of them were arrested in Sambhal on charges of lynching an ailing boy’s uncle on Tuesday on suspicion of child-lifting.
