    UP BJP mulls spl panels for triple talaq victims

    With the opposition blocking the passage of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Bill, 2018 in Rajya Sabha, UP BJP is toying with the idea to constitute a separate panel of experts comprising Islamic scholars, Muftis and advocates to take up cases of instant triple talaq victims in the state.
